The data controller is [Company legal name], [registered address]. Contact: eric@prostarseo.com.

2. What we collect

This Site is a static website and does not run its own accounts or application server. We may process:

  • Booking data handled by our scheduling provider when you book a strategy call.
  • Consent data — your cookie choice, stored locally in your browser (see our Cookie Policy).

We do not sell personal data, and we do not run advertising trackers on this Site.

4. Retention

We keep contact and booking data only as long as needed to answer you and, where relevant, for the duration of our engagement plus any legally required period. Your cookie-consent choice is stored for up to 6 months, after which we ask again.

5. Third parties

We rely on a small number of processors/providers:

  • Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery.
  • Calendly — call scheduling (when you book).
  • WhatsApp / Meta — if you choose to message us there.
  • Google Fonts[being migrated to self-hosted fonts to avoid any IP transfer].

Each provider processes data under its own terms; we recommend reviewing their policies.

6. International transfers

Some providers are located outside your country (for example, in the United States). Where personal data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
