Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This policy explains how we handle personal data on cannabisseo.ai, in line with the EU/UK GDPR and comparable privacy laws. We keep data collection to a minimum.
1. Data controller
The data controller is [Company legal name], [registered address]. Contact: eric@prostarseo.com.
2. What we collect
This Site is a static website and does not run its own accounts or application server. We may process:
- Contact data you choose to share when you email us, message us on WhatsApp, or book a call (name, email, phone, and what you tell us).
- Booking data handled by our scheduling provider when you book a strategy call.
- Consent data — your cookie choice, stored locally in your browser (see our Cookie Policy).
We do not sell personal data, and we do not run advertising trackers on this Site.
3. Purposes & legal bases
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Responding to your enquiry and providing our services | Contract / legitimate interest |
| Scheduling and conducting calls | Consent / contract |
| Remembering your cookie preference | Legal obligation / legitimate interest |
| Any future analytics | Consent (only if you accept) |
4. Retention
We keep contact and booking data only as long as needed to answer you and, where relevant, for the duration of our engagement plus any legally required period. Your cookie-consent choice is stored for up to 6 months, after which we ask again.
5. Third parties
We rely on a small number of processors/providers:
- Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery.
- Calendly — call scheduling (when you book).
- WhatsApp / Meta — if you choose to message us there.
- Google Fonts — [being migrated to self-hosted fonts to avoid any IP transfer].
Each provider processes data under its own terms; we recommend reviewing their policies.
6. International transfers
Some providers are located outside your country (for example, in the United States). Where personal data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email eric@prostarseo.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (for example, the CNIL in France or the ICO in the United Kingdom).
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the “last updated” date reflects the latest version.
